The Roswell Humane Society has a low income voucher program to help assist families with spaying or neutering. 

The vouchers will help pay up to $100.00 or $50.00, depending on which voucher you qualify for. If the cost goes over you must cover the difference.

How the program works

• You must be a Chaves county resident​
  
• You must file a form of taxes either Federal or State
  
• Your income must meet within the qualifications 
  
• You can NOT use the program if your animal is in a shelter
• You can NOT use the program to help assist in any adoption
  

YOU MUST NOW HAVE PROOF OF I.D. WHEN SEEING IF YOU QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM
